Programs & Recreation SeniorPlace, Inc. is a vital, intergenerational, timely, caring provider of meaningful, social, educational, and volunteer opportunities that enhance the growth of the community. Located within the West Hills Complex it has three floors dedicated for use of our senior population. SeniorPlace is a subdivision of the city of Owatonna and the Park and Recreation Department. It has a yearly membership fee that runs from Jan. 1 to Dec. 31 for people ages 55 and up. Associate Memberships are available for residents under 55.
