
From preschool to higher education, the Owatonna area offers the very finest in education.
The Owatonna Public Schools are committed to maximizing students learning potential. With five elementary school locations, a junior high and high school to serve the community with an enrollment of approximately 5,400 students.
Owatonna also is home to four parochial schools:
- St. Mary's Elementary School is a pre-kindergarten through eighth grade private Catholic school.
- Owatonna Christian School is kindergarten through 12th grade and is sponsored by Grace Baptist Church.
- El Shaddai Private School is a private school sponsored by the Christian Family Church.
- St. Isidore School
- Recovery School of Southern Minnesota
