Owatonna Chamber Foundation

The purpose of the OACCT Foundation for which the corporation is organized are to solicit, collect, receive, accumulate, administer and disburse funds in such a manner as will, in the  sole discretion of the Board of Directors, most effectively operate to further charitable, scientific, literary or educational purposes; to make contributions to any organization describe in 501C (3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Members of the OACCT Chamber Foundation will consist of the current Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Past-Chair and President/CEO with up to three ex-officio members.     

Two meetings are held annually according to Foundation Bylaws.  Recently fiscal agent projects include Patriot Skies, Christmas Lights, Flower Baskets, Banners, Leadership Owatonna, Aquatic Center and the Harry Wenger Band Fest!
