Finance Committee

The role of the Finance Committee is to oversee any financial policies and procedures and work with the   outsource accounting vendor.  This may include insurance issues, budget, monthly financial statements and any investment policy changes or additions.  This Ad Hoc Committee meets when instructed by the Board of Directors and consists of the Treasurer, Chair, Vice Chair, Past Chair and President/CEO.
