Finance & Audit Committee

The role of the Finance & Audit Committee is to oversee any financial policies and procedures and work with the outsource accounting vendor.  This may include insurance issues, budget review, auditor’s report, monthly financial reporting and any investment policy changes or additions.  This committee meets annually to review the upcoming budget or when instructed by the Board of Directors and/or Treasurer  and consists of the Treasurer, Chair, Vice Chair, Past Chair and President/CEO.
