Board of Directors and Executive Committee

The Board of Directors are the governing body of the OACCT.  Directors are representative of various sectors of business in our community. Directors are nominated and approved by the membership in a vote process and will serve for a three-year term.  Newly elected directors take office at the chamber Annual Meeting in January and monthly board meetings are held on the 4th Tuesday of the month at the School District Offices Board Room.

The Executive Committee exercises the authority of the Board in the management of business of the corporation.  The Executive Committee acts in the interim between meetings of the board and are subject to the control of the board.  The committee will consist of the Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer, Past Chair, 1st Year At-Large & 2nd Year At-Large with the President/CEO acting as Secretary of the committee.
